Privacy Policy

Who operates the Service

HartmannTek, 7340 Oakwood Dr., Jacksonville, FL 32211, operates EverythingIsFuckingStupid.com. Contact us at support@everythingisfuckingstupid.com.

Information we collect

  • Email address, verification activity, optional display name, and notification settings.
  • Submitted spot text, queue actions, purchase amounts, payment identifiers, refund state, and spot-management records.
  • Stripe customer and payment-method identifiers when a card is saved; HartmannTek does not receive full card numbers.
  • Request IP address and IP-derived approximate city, state or region, country, latitude, longitude, and accuracy radius when email verification succeeds. The Service does not request device GPS location.
  • Authentication cookies, request logs, device/browser information supplied in HTTP requests, and operational security records.
  • First-party campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers from links you use, stored locally in your browser and attached to a purchase for campaign measurement.
  • Aggregate page-view, referrer, browser, device, country, and site-performance metrics through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Required geolocation and public heatmap

Approximate IP geolocation is a required part of verified use. We send the request IP address to MaxMind's GeoIP City Plus service to obtain approximate location fields. City, state or region, country, approximate coordinates, accuracy radius, and counts may appear on a public aggregate heatmap. These fields identify an approximate area, not a device, street, or household location. The heatmap does not publish email addresses or raw IP addresses.

How we use information

  • Provide authentication, purchases, queue ranking, displays, receipts, management tools, and auto-defense.
  • Send requested digests and service, security, payment, and queue notifications.
  • Operate the aggregate heatmap, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse and fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.
  • Understand and improve the Service using operational and aggregate information.

Public information

Submitted spot text is intended for public display. An optional display name and public contributor or leaderboard information may also be shown when enabled. Do not submit private information in public content.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information as needed to vendors that provide payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (SendGrid), cloud hosting and database services (Microsoft Azure), IP geolocation (MaxMind), privacy-focused web analytics (Cloudflare), and social-post delivery. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not collect or use visitors' personal data or track individual visitors across customers' sites. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect users or the Service, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We retain records as needed to operate the queue, maintain payment and refund integrity, provide security and support, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. At launch, stored location records do not have an automatic expiration period. You may request deletion, but we may retain information that is public, aggregated, required for transaction records, necessary for security, or otherwise permitted by law.

Your choices and requests

Use notification settings or an email's unsubscribe link to control optional messages. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and will honor applicable legal rights. Because IP geolocation is required for verified use, we cannot offer a location-free verification flow.

Security, children, and transfers

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and paid use is limited to adults. Information is processed in the United States and may be transferred there from other countries.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate.
