Terms of Service
Effective August 3, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern EverythingIsFuckingStupid.com and its related services (the “Service”), operated by HartmannTek, 7340 Oakwood Dr., Jacksonville, FL 32211. By using the Service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. How the queue works
Purchases place submitted text in a public queue. Boosts add value to a spot; buries subtract effective value. Other users' later actions can change rank and estimated display date. Rankings, dates, audience, and uninterrupted display are estimates, not guarantees. Site-provided selections may also appear in the queue at no initial charge and may be boosted or buried like other spots.
3. Payments and auto-defense
Stripe processes payments. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. If you affirmatively enable auto-defense, you also authorize HartmannTek to initiate a series of off-session charges to the saved payment method when needed to restore the selected queue position, up to the weekly cap you choose. The timing and amount vary with competing queue activity, but charges will not intentionally exceed that cap. Auto-defense continues until paused or cancelled from the spot management page. Cancellation stops future attempts and does not reverse charges already processed.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of text and names you submit. You grant HartmannTek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and publicize the Service. Do not submit content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, knowingly false, infringing, deceptive, invasive of privacy, hateful toward a protected class, contains another person's sensitive information, or attempts to compromise the Service. We may reject, remove, edit, or decline to display content and may suspend abusive use.
5. Accounts and communications
Email verification and management links act as credentials. You are responsible for protecting access to your email and links. We may send transactional messages about verification, payments, queue activity, and auto-defense. Optional digest messages include an unsubscribe link, and notification choices are available in settings.
6. Refunds
Charges are final once processed, subject to the exceptions and process stated in our Refund Policy.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, HartmannTek disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. User and site-provided statements are opinions or expressive content and do not necessarily represent factual claims or HartmannTek's endorsement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HartmannTek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from the Service. HartmannTek's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid through the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived, and this section does not limit them.
9. Governing law and changes
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
